Biography

Dr. Eduardo Bustos is a Health Systems Researcher at the National Institute of Public Health, Mexico. Dr. Bustos earned his General Physician Degree at Autonomous University of Hidalgo State and his Master of Science in Health Systems at NIPH. His research interests include thesocial determinants of health, health policy and management, health economics, and global health. His vision for public health in Mexico is stronger health systems to face the challenge of NCDs. Dr. Bustos hopes to acquire new knowledge and tools that will push him to contribute to change within his country’s health system, particularly when it comes to NCDs.
